At S&D Kids, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your S&D Kids account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
